We believe trauma and grief need to be witnessed and held in order to heal.
We need a space to fall apart so that we can work towards putting ourselves back together. This is what we provide in our sessions through a strengths-based, humanistic lens.
TRAUMA DOESN’T JUST GO AWAY, IT STAYS WITH US, IN OUR BODIES, UNLESS TREATED.
We include somatic interventions, like EMDR and IFS, in our work together, as we believe the body-mind connection is integral to the treatment of perinatal trauma. Above all else, we believe healing from perinatal trauma is possible and we’re honored to support you in navigating this part of your story.

Hi, I’m Kayleigh.
As a licensed therapist with my own perinatal trauma experience, I intimately understand the feeling of desperately wanting to start or grow your family and having your world turned upside down in the process. I also know the invaluable support that therapy can offer as you work to put the pieces back together. You don’t have to do this alone. You deserve support.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and PMH-C with specialized training in EMDR, perinatal mental health, and perinatal loss. Learn more about EMDR here.

Hi, I’m Alicia.
I’ve spent nearly a decade working as a hospital social worker, supporting families through some of their most tender and challenging moments. My time in the ICU, NICU, and on postpartum floors means I deeply understand the unique emotional weight of perinatal experiences, and I speak the medical language, so you won’t have to stop and explain every term or acronym.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I believe in creating a space where you can feel truly seen and heard, while we work together toward healing. Whether you’re recovering from a difficult birth, coping with a NICU stay, or processing the heartbreak of loss, I’m here to be a steady presence, offering empathy, understanding, and support every step of the way.
